Deliveries and Returns
All Furniture Deliveries over £70 have FREE Delivery.
(Some areas are subjected to surcharges please see below)
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Yoyohome currently only delivers to destinations within the UK.
You can view the price of delivery at the summary page before entering your card details. The price of delivery will depend on the delivery address you specify.
Deliveries to Scotland and certain addresses inside of Mainland UK may be subject to additional surcharges. Please follow the Zone Guides below to see what charges may apply to your address.
Failed Deliveries:
When purchasing goods from YOYOHOME please ensure you leave your mobile number and email address. Failure to do will mean we will not be able to contact you regarding your delivery date or time. If delivery is attempted and failed because no-one was available to receive the goods, then you will be subject to a delivery charge of £50 for each failed delivery attempt to cover any delivery costs.
Please be aware that additional surcharges may applied for certain postcodes.
Please also note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice when changing any delivery date or details
Delivery of and Returning Furniture:
YOYOHOME will ensure that all product descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible however we would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to check all that the items you have ordered will fit through any doors, staircases and tight spaces.
Our furniture delivery team currently operate between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm, Monday – Friday.
- On delivery of your goods if there is any obvious damage you should refuse delivery. All faulty products that have been returned to us will be refunded in full.
- In case of the rare event we have to reschedule or delay your delivery we suggest that you do not dismantle any of your current furniture until you have received your new furniture and are satisfied with its condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of your item please contact us as soon as possible at info@yoyohome.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
- Please ensure you have all the parts you need before attempting to assemble any items as this could affect a later claim.
- Yoyohome will only refund furniture within your legal rights. This means if the item purchased is not fit for purpose or as described on our website (yoyohome.co.uk)
- Yoyohome charge a standard £50 collection fee on all furniture to cover any additional fee incurred to us.

All deliveries over £70 have FREE Delivery. Some Postcodes may have additional surcharges. Please see the Zone guides below for more information:
Zone 1
- Furniture & Bed Deliveries for Postcodes: AB; DD; IV; FK; KY; PA1-19; PH1-26; DG; TD; KA; ML; EH; G; IV (1-6,12,13,30-32,36), LL (15-19, 21, 23).
- Costs range from £30 to £40 depending on the size and weight of the item being delivered to these postcodes.
Zone 2
- Furniture & Bed Deliveries for Postcodes: KW, IV (7-11,14-28, 40-49,51-56,63), PH (31-44,49-50), LL (22, 24-49, 51-78).
- Costs will be £80 for delivery to these postcodes. This service is a white glove delivery AND assembly service.
Returns Information
Whilst we hope you will love our products; we do understand that sometimes you may want to return some items. As we appreciate this sometimes may be the case YOYOHOME offer returns for up to 30 days. After 30 days we will no longer be able to accept any returns. We will arrange collection of any unwanted items and you will be charged a £50 collection fee which will be taken from the final refunded value. All goods should be returned unused and new condition. Once we are satisfied the unwanted goods are unused and new condition, we will begin to process your refund. Please note this can take up to 30 days. On delivery of your goods if there is any obvious damage you should refuse delivery. All faulty products that have been returned to us will be refunded in full.
Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed by us.
We cannot accept returns on mattresses where packages have been removed or Made to Order products. If you discover any damages on your made to good products, we will replace the damaged parts as soon as possible.
When you have invested in quality furniture it makes sense to ensure the quality remains through the build too. That is why at Yoyohome we offer FREE assembly on all our furniture products.
When purchasing goods that include the option to choose your delivery date and time, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. Please be aware that Delivery dates and times with this option may still be subject to change due to traffic, breakdowns, and other unforeseeable events. In the rare event that we cannot make it to you on the delivery date or time desired you will be contacted by us to rearrange a date suitable for you.
On the day of delivery, you will be contacted 1 hour before delivery is due to take place. If delivery is attempted and you are not able to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for any loss that may occur as a result.
Please note you must leave your full email and contact number so that we can get in contact with you regarding your delivery.
Please ensure that the desired room you would like the build to take place in is clear and has plenty of space. Failure of this may mean our fitters have to refuse the build. We recommend you check all the sizes and measurements of each product before purchasing.
All our fitters wear shoe protectors. They will also clean up after the build is completed and take away any waste for recycling.
What happens if I do not want my furniture assembling?
At Yoyohome we understand that you may not be ready to have your furniture assembled yet or you may just want to build your furniture yourself. If that is the case, you will just need to let one of our customer service teams know. We will still deliver any items to your room of choice.
